When analysing a digipak we chose Fall Out Boy's 'Infinity on High' album because it relates back to our chosen band and genre. What Fall Out Boy have done with their digipak is included tarot cards inside the pocket of their pak. This could be an interesting factor for the audience as it seems to be an exclusive item inside their digipak and they can also double up as collectable items.
Another thing that relates to our band is the fact that the cover is a night time theme, although we are creating an album digipak, this has a similar concept to ours and we will use this as an influence when we create our digipak. We will want to use a dark colour theme in our digipak. The layout of this digipak is also very neat and accessible because it all folds in on itself and has a pocket in which you can keep all the collectible items and notes. This is a very simple layout to a digipak though and we would like make ours more unique so that its more appealing to our target audience.
